Note: We live upstairs in a totally separate part of the house and the studio is adjacent to another unit. We have soundproofed the house as well as we can, but there are normal noises that come with shared living. The studio has one queen sized bed. We don't accept children.

Clean, quaint and modern but very warm atmosphere with all the touches of home that make relaxing easy and fun. Great outdoor spaces in private backyard, playful outside lighting with cozy and relational fire pit. Local wildlife such as bunnies, deer, quail, eagles, hawks are often seen in and around the property.

The Studio is in the daylight basement of our home with 9 foot ceilings. The studio is a stand alone part of the house and does not have access to the top floor. The patio outside your huge window has a separate propane fire pit with 2 lounge chairs. There is designated, off street parking area for two studios. You may be sharing a parking area but there is ample room for 2-3 cars. We have two adjacent units that are purposefully soundproofed. This studio is not suitable for infants or children. We do live upstairs so expect footsteps and some unavoidable noise that comes from shared living.

If you have a longer stay you can schedule with host to do laundry upstairs in the residence.
